## Returns

Damaged, misprinted or misbound: photograph within 30 days and a replacement is printed and posted at no cost. Wrong book or non-delivery: replacement or full refund. Change of mind within two hours: cancelled and refunded in full, because the print job has not started; after that the refund is half, which is roughly what the printing and postage cost. UK and EU statutory cancellation rights apply and are wider than this.

## Privacy

No accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising network, no analytics. The basket lives in the browser. Stripe takes the payment and card details never reach this site. Name and postal address go to the printer so it can manufacture and post the book, and to nobody else.

## Why there are no lyrics

Song lyrics are copyrighted expression, licensed per song, per publisher and per territory, and there is no safe quantity. A rule of zero is the only lyric rule a program can verify, and one is run against every manuscript, every EPUB and every narration script before a volume ships.
