When will my book arrive?
The windows in the table above are door to door, counted from the day you order. Most of the world is 6 to 18 days.
Where does it ship from?
From within your own region wherever possible — a book bought in Manchester ships from England, a book bought in Melbourne ships from Australia. Most orders never cross a border, which is why the postage table is short and the windows are what they are.
Why does the price fall when I buy more?
Because one order is one parcel whether it holds one book or thirty-one, and the ladder passes that on: $14.99 for one or two copies, down to $11.49 each at sixteen, and $299.00 for all thirty-one in one box — which also carries every ebook and audiobook with it.
Do the ebooks and audiobooks come with the set?
Yes. The complete set includes the ebook and the audiobook of all thirty-one volumes, which is $247.38 of digital editions at the prices they are sold for singly, at no extra charge. They are sent to the email address on the order.
What is the book physically?
5.5 × 8.5 in, 140 × 216 mm. Perfect-bound paperback, matte laminate. 60# uncoated cream, black ink. About 118 to 132 pages depending on the volume.
Will I pay customs?
Usually not, because the copy is printed inside your own region wherever the network reaches it. Where an order does cross a border — the rest of the world zone, mainly — any duty or import tax is charged by your country and is not included in the price here.
If something is wrong
Every order gets a reference on the receipt page and in the confirmation email. The returns policy is here, and it is short: a damaged or misbound copy is reprinted and posted at no cost, and you do not send the faulty one back, because posting it costs more than reprinting it.
